Since the brochure come completed I have also found out that there is 101
years left on the lease and an annual ground rent of £250. There is Ad hoc
service charge (as its just been refurbished, these will be pretty non
existent for the first few years at least) and then if something needs to be
done it will be split between all the flats.

On the rental, the landlord (who owns the other 4 flats as well) he's said
he'd be willing to find a tenant for the purchaser if they wanted him to.
You could possibly look at 6 month contract and then consider letting it
through the official Olympics website for that next year.  I imagine you
could do very well with this and being so close to Stratford, probably
ideal!!
The other rental option is through Local House Authority - is DSS. You could
look at £897pcm. £207 per week is the standard for a 2 bed flat in that
area.
